Keep It Simple Coaching guides athletes, from beginner to professional, to achieve their goals in triathlon, while living a well-balanced life.  This is achieved through our simple approach of building training plans around YOUR life and schedule. At KIS Coaching, we stress to our athletes that the love of the sport and having fun must come first. We guide our athletes with an understanding that the sport of triathlon can be a very healthy lifestyle. Simplicity, consistency and repetition builds confidence.

We would like to invite you to our very first training camp, held over President's Day Weekend 15-19 February, which will also be our 2018 Season Kick-Off. Come join our coaches and Professional Athletes Scott DeFilippis, Carrie Lester, and Brad Williams for 5 days in Sunny Southern California, where our staff will take you through the daily paces of our favorite roads and trails.

We are also happy to welcome world renowned running specialist Dr. Lawrence Van Lingen (Inner Runner) who will be leading 2 special run sessions helping you find the Inner Runner in you.

The weekend will be action-packed with instruction, training, social events, and a party on the final night to say thank you for choosing KIS Coaching.

Hands-on coaching instruction, side-by-side training with your peers, educational workshops, networking and festivities.

Thursday 15 Feb

Mid-Day- 1-1.5hr Swim (Optional)

Afternoon- 2 hour Easy Ride

PM- Run Clinic

PM- Dinner *Included in Price*

Friday 16 Feb

AM- Run Clinic

Mid-Day- 1.5-2hr Swim

Afternoon/Evening- Non-Tri Activity & Dinner ***NOT Included in Price***

Saturday 17 Feb

AM- 3-4hr Long Ride w/ run off the bike

Afternoon- Surfing / Beach Time / Free Time ***surfing lessons & boards NOT included***

PM- BBQ Dinner *Included in Price*

Sunday 18 Feb

AM- Run

Afternoon- 1.5-2hr Swim Session

PM- Camp Party *Special Guests, Raffle Prizes, and "limited" drinks & appetizers included*
