AdrianoWebsite_edited.jpg

Adriano is a professional long-distance triathlete from Switzerland. His journey in endurance sports started in 2008 when he dedicated himself to running. During the eight following years he escalated the national hierarchy and managed to become the Swiss Champion in the 5000m, 3000m steeplechase and Cross-Country distances.

Between 2014 and 2017 he experienced several injuries that prevented him from training with consistency. Hence, during the summer of 2017 he decided to participate in a triathlon. Three years later he started his PRO triathlete career under the guidance of coach Scott Defilippis and in 2022 he won his first IRONMAN 70.3 title and qualified for the 70.3 IRONMAN WC 2023 in Lahti, Finland.

Adriano has a Sport Science University degree and for many years has organized running classes and gym & physical preparation lessons in Switzerland. He has now started to follow triathletes as well, and he had his first athlete compete at the World Championship event in Saint George, Utah in October 2022.
